Talent Vendor Access Request Form

Exhibitors requesting talent vendor access for their booth must fill out the Talent Vendor Access Request Form below. You will need to fill out all fields.

AFP will inform the exhibitor via email that your request has been approved or denied. The maximum number of talent wristbands per booth is three (3). The deadline for submitting the Talent Vendor Access Request Form is Friday, October 11, 2024. You will not be able to register Talent Vendors on-site.

Talent vendors must check-in at the Exhibitor Registration Assistance Counter located on Level 3.

Please note:

Talent Vendor Wristbands only allow entrance to the exhibit floor.
Vendors will not have access to AFP Official Events or Educational Sessions.
One wristband per talent vendor will be provided and must be worn for the duration of the conference.
AFP will not provide daily wristbands.
Lost wristbands will not be replaced.
