Campus Housing FERPA Release Form

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), a Federal Law, requires that PCOM notify students of their rights to the privacy of their academic records and the release of personally identifiable information (PII).

In order to disclose any information protected under FERPA, PCOM must have consent from the student to do so. Exceptions to this procedure can be found at https://www.pcom.edu/about/departments/registrar/ferpa.html.

For students seeking to lease on-campus housing with PCOM, authorization from the student is needed to disclose details of the student's student status and financial aid to Greystar Management Company, PCOM's on-campus housing leasing company.

Approval on this form signifies that you understand and grant permission for the Student Services Office at PCOM to release information regarding your student status and financial aid to Greystar Management Company. This information will be used for no other purpose than furthering your application for on-campus housing at PCOM.
