첨부파일 가이드

  1. 참가신청서는 반드시 워드 파일로 제출할 것 (pdf, 스캔본 불가)
  2. 참가신청서에 작품 사진과 서명을 이미지로 삽입 (총 30MB 이하)
  3. 작품 이미지는 별도로 고해상도 jpg을 첨부 - 모든 파일명은 ‘대표자명_작품명’
  4. 영상은 개인 유튜브 채널에 업로드한 후 링크를 참가신청서 및 아래 문항에 기입 - 게시 옵션은 검색 가능한 '공개' 혹은 링크로만 접근 가능한 '미등록' 중에서 선택
  5. 2개 이상의 파일은 Upload를 클릭하여 여러 번 첨부 가능 - 첨부 파일 총 용량은 250MB 미만 가능
  6. 영문 작품명 필수

How to upload the application form

  1. Submit the Word(.doc) file, not a scanned copy.
  2. Insert images of the artwork and your signature on the application form.
  3. Attach the artwork files as attachments separate to the application form. - Image jpeg files should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
  4. For videos: Upload it on your personal YouTube channel and share the link via the application form. It may be ‘unlisted’ (accessed only by the link) or ‘public’ (searchable by anyone).
  5. Click the upload button to attach the files. You can upload several times.
  6. Word doc. should be under 30 MB. The total size of attachments should be under 250MB.
