Type of Request

An emergency situation includes the following situations: • Complete loss of heat, between Nov 15 and April 15; • Gas leak; EVACUATE and Call 911. • Complete stoppage of sewage • Plumbing leak that requires the entire building water supply to be shut off; • Collapse of any part of the buildings exterior or interior structure; • Major water penetration on the interior walls or ceiling;
