This activity is part-funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David has a legal obligation in the administering and monitoring of this funding, in line with audit requirements is required to capture data in order to evidence activity that has taken place. Organisers of meetings, events and activities are required to record attendance of participants. The data provided will be stored securely by the University for the duration of the project and for a period of ten years after the completion of the project.

Upon request this data will be shared with Carmarthenshire County Council and UK Government for the purposes of audit. All parties will at all times comply with Data Protection Legislation. Photographs and recordings may be made of this training/activity which will be used to evidence that the activity took place and may also be used for publicity for the project being published on our website and social media channels.
