Real Estate Licensure*

3rd party Management Agents are subject to licensing requirements by the OR Real Estate Agency per ORS Chapter 696. Certain licensing exemptions apply.

Does at least one current Management Agent Employee hold a valid OR Real Estate License? Documentation of licensure must be provided if applicable.

Written Management Plan
Written Property-Specific Maintenance Plan (routine and preventative)
Management Agreement
Management Organizational Chart
Unit Detail List (Building, Unit #, Number of Bedrooms, and Sq Footage for each unit)
Property lease and all applicable addenda that will be used
Copy of OHCS-approved Resident Services Plan narrative along with any MOUs/service agreements (if required per funding program)
Tenant Selection Plan
Full AFHMP package (AFHMP document, census data, maps, copies of marketing material, documentation of Fair Housing training)
References (if a new agent to OHCS)
Real Estate License Documentation (save a copy from https://orea.elicense.micropact.com/Lookup/LicenseLookup.aspx)

Documents must be fully complete and saved in their individual respective files with clear naming conventions. Do not combine unlike documents together. Note that additional documents may be situationally required.
