Chapter Camping Request Form

In order to encourage more chapters and chapter members to attend EAA AirVenture, we are offering EAA chapters an affordable opportunity to establish a beachhead at which to base your chapter.

Please complete the following form by June 13, 2025.


ALL reservation information (camper names, their respective EAA numbers, etc.), along with full payment, must be received by 5:00 PM CST on June 13, 2025.


This is a hard close. We are unable to accommodate late requests, accept payments, or make changes after this date.


Chapter stake-out order is dependent on a “first paid in full, first stake-out” policy. Changes to the chapter camping participant names after payment will result in a re-order of stake-out priority.

Campsites

Please select how many campsites your chapter is requesting. For each campsite, we will need a member's name and EAA number that is valid through the end of AirVenture.

  1. Only one (1) camping credential will be issued for each camping unit (tent, pop-up, or motorhome).
  2. Only one (1) camping credential per campsite.
  3. All camping units must have credentials.
  4. A minimum of two (2) and up to six (6) total credentials can be issued as part of the Chapter Camping program for each chapter participating. The new minimum will increase to three (3) in 2026.
  5. Subleasing of camping units is prohibited by Camp Scholler rules.
  6. All camping unit detail, and the corresponding EAA Member names with not expired/current EAA Numbers are required at time of submission. These numbers are verified, must match the name provided, and must be included on this form.
  7. It is the Chapter's responsibility to submit complete and accurate information at the time of submission.
  8. Your submission is not complete until all information requested on this form is submitted and payment is received in full.
  9. There will be NO REFUNDS after payment is made.
  10. Also, no refunds due to early departure are allowed for these campsites.
