The D.C. Department of Employment Services (DOES) seeks job-ready candidates to participate in the November 2022 DC DOES Fast Track to Success hiring event. All candidates must pre-register here to be eligible to attend. Candidate pre-registration opens on November 2, 2022 and closes at 3 pm on November 13, 2022.

The DOES Fast Track to Success hiring event was developed to meet the District’s need to provide DC residents with the world-class customer service they deserve as they access the critical services and programs provided by the agency.

DOES is in need of motivated, skilled professionals to meet the growing need for support during these unprecedented times and beyond.

DOES hiring managers will have the opportunity to connect with job-ready candidates to fill critical vacancies.

The recruitment event will be available to selected prescreened candidates only.

All candidate resumes will be prescreened, and the most job-ready, target industry-appropriate candidates will be scheduled for an interview until all slots are filled.

LIMITED WALK-INS WILL BE PERMITTED. DOES will accept up to ten (10) job-ready walk-in candidates each hour for onsite pre-screening.
