RII Rental Event Materials

Our inventory of RII branded marketing materials and event supplies are available for use for RII events on and off campus. Photos of each item can be found on the RII Event Resource Page.


Please complete the request form below with your selections.


Please note that this form is a request for items, and we cannot guarantee availability for every event. In the event that the items you requested are not available, we will do our best to accomodate or offer alternatives.


The items will be available for pick up as scheduled from UA Main Campus on the 6th floor of the Administration Building. In some cases, we may be able to offer delivery of items, but it is dependent upon availability of our student worker.

Please submit any RII events held on UA Main Campus or in the metro Tucson area for inclusion in the RII Master Event Calendar to the Event Notice Form. This is for both public and invitation only events and helps support our understanding of events being conducted by RII units and needs they may have.


We will not rent any event materials if the Event Notice Form has not been completed.

Our event materials are provided free of charge for your use. However, please note that if any materials are not reutrned or returned irreparably damaged, RII Central Events will invoice your unit for the cost of replacement.
