All participating Special Olympics Washington Athletes and Volunteers (Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Unified Partners, Chaperones, etc.) must have a Portal (https://portals.specialolympics.org/) profile and be cleared at the start of the competition season.

2025 Fall Dates:

• June 30 Intent to Participate Due
• July 28-Start of Season
• August 15-Clearance Due Date
• October 4-November 9-Estimated timeframe for Regional Competitions

Robotics Only:

• September 15-Intent to Participate Due
• October 19-Final Rosters due with everyone clear
