KPMP Internal Data Requests

This form is for KPMP investigators to request specific KPMP data needed for their site's KPMP grant aims. Requests for KPMP data that will be used for outside projects should submit a request using this form.

You can review the types of KPMP available data here: https://www.kpmp.org/available-data.

Have questions about KPMP data? Come meet with us live during office hours every Wednesday Noon to 1 PM Eastern. Click here to be redirected to the Office Hours Zoom link.

If this request is not related to your KPMP grant aims, or includes investigators outside of the KPMP consortium,, please do not submit this form. Use the external data request form instead.

Anyone listed in the below box must have an active DUA in place with KPMP. If this data is needed for a collaborative manuscript with external investigators, please ensure external investigators have an active DUA in place with KPMP. All personnel are required to have appropriate ethics training or IRB approval, and adhere to the terms listed in Section 4 of the DUA.

ex: to support a KPMP collaborative manuscript, for analysis as required by site's KPMP grant aims.

If this data is being requested to support a manuscript, has the concept proposal been submitted to P&P?*

Data requests related to a manuscript will not be fulfilled without an approved concept proposal in place.

Description of Requested Data

You can review the types of KPMP available data here: https://www.kpmp.org/available-data. Requests made for KPMP data must be specific and targeted in nature. KPMP will not fulfill data requests for the entire KPMP dataset. Data will be transferred up to a month after the DUA has been fully executed and all questions about the request have been clarified.

This question pertains specifically to data generated from KPMP biopsy tissue. Nearly all data from KPMP biospecimens (blood, urine, stool) are publicly available via the KPMP Atlas Repository.

You can review the different types of KPMP data, and their availability at https://www.kpmp.org/available-data. Public data (accessible without a DUA) is available in the KPMP Atlas Repository.

KPMP has a curated, deidentified, standard clinical variable set on KPMP participants that is readily available with a DUA. Variables include sex, age, race; disease type, condition, KDIGO stage, duration, comorbidities, family and personal history, frequently requested lab values, medications and adjudication data.

You can view the data dictionary of variables included in this dataset here. Any requests for variables outside of this dataset should be requested in the section "Additional KPMP Data requested" and will take additional time to curate.

If you are requesting additional clinical data beyond what is available in the deidentified standard clinical variable set, please describe the requested data here. Please be as specific as possible to minimize clarifications during the data fulfillment process. Please note that common measurements are collected at multiple timepoints; please specify requested timepoints below. Please review the KPMP codebook to see all variables we collect.

If you are requesting controlled molecular or pathology files from the KPMP Atlas, please go the Repository and download a .csv of the files you are requesting, and upload them here.
