Once you receive an RGA number you may ship your items. The items MUST be received and evaluated by Zephyr to verify the request. No credit will be provided until the items are received and evaluated. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Zephyr reserves the right to waive this fee with an offsetting order at the discretion of the company. DO NOT SEND ADDITIONAL ITEMS AND QUANTITIES THAT ARE NOT ON THIS REQUEST.
