Park Permit Application

Applicant Information

The application must be submitted to the Town of Bennett no less than 30 days prior to the event and must be approved by the Public Works Department.


A permit fee of $75 must be paid following permit approval.


Event Information

Street closure permit required through the Bennett Building Department.

Additional Stipulations

  1. The event must be alcohol free in compliance with Chapter 10, Article IX of the Bennett Municipal Code regarding noise.
  2. The applicant is responsible for all necessary clean-up of the pavilion. The Town of Bennett makes every effort to ensure the trash containers are empty, however if they are not, please tie the bag and place outside of the trash container. The Town of Bennett provides trash liners at the bottom of the container.
  3. Bennett Park Hours are Dawn - Dusk daily (Bennett Municipal Code Sec. 11-5-70).
  4. Pets must be leashed and under control (Bennett Municipal Ord. 7-7-20(C)).
  5. Dog owner must promptly and properly dispose of pet's waste.
