Places for Everyone: Expression of Interest

This is your opportunity to let us know what you are interested in applying for with Places for Everyone funding. Below are a set of a few basic questions to help us assess whether your project is something that we could fund based on our programme aims, before you go on to make a full application.

We aim to give you a response on your proposal within 4 weeks of submission.

Please note that we do not recommend proceeding unless you have received an "Eligible" result. If you proceed without an "Eligible" result, your Expression of Interest will not be prioritised and you may have to wait more than 1 week to hear an outcome on the suitability of your project proposal.

This is what the project will be referred to as throughout the application process. If this application is a phase of a larger project it can be a good idea to identify this in the title e.g. South Link - Phase 2.

In no more than 200 words, please give an outline of what your project entails. Take into consideration the type of physical infrastructure and the necessary behaviour change interventions.

In no more than 400 words, please outline the benefits your project will bring and explain how your project will help achieve the aim of Places for Everyone:


“The aim of Places for Everyone is to create safer, more attractive, healthier, and inclusive places which are enjoyed equitably by increasing and diversifying the number of trips made by walking, wheeling or cycling for everyday journeys."
