Please note that we are currently finalizing our internal schedule for the 2025-2026 academic year, so we should be able to start processing requests for that timeframe in the next few weeks. While we try to accommodate rentals whenever we are able, our primary role as an academic venue means that our availability is extremely limited, especially during the academic year & summer terms.

Please provide as much detail as possible about the event, including what kinds of equipment you plan to bring, what kind of layout you need, and whether you will be serving food.

Venue and Dates

 
 

This may be a specific date or a range (eg. Thursdays late February-early April).

 

Please note that availability is extremely limited (especially on weekends) so we are often unable to accommodate first-choice dates. If you have a wider range of possible dates, we will have a better chance of being able to find a date for your event.

 
 

References

Our rental policy requires us to check references for new clients; please provide contact information for 2-3 venues you have previously rented.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Please note that CFA reserves the right to make all final schedule decisions, including show and rehearsal times, and that access times for licensees will be determined according to staff availability and labor policies in addition to venue availability.
