Request for Leadership Attendance
(U of A and UAF Presidents)
Thank you for your interest in inviting university leadership to your event, activity or meeting. Please complete this form and submit it as early as possible, preferably six (6) or more weeks in advance of the event.
All event requests are first reviewed by the President of the UA Foundation. The U of A President's office attempts to fulfill as many requests as the President's calendar allows. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT the U of A President's office directly.
If leadership attendance is confirmed, please be prepared to provide the following information two weeks prior to the event date:
• Event outline
• Guest list with key attendee bios
• Speaking points
• Seating chart
The following questions will help the President and his team assess his potential attendance at the event. We appreciate your thoughtful responses.
