Advancement to PhD Candidacy

This form should only be submitted by Program Coordinators, not students.


Advancement to PhD candidacy requires successful completion of the qualifying examination set by the graduate program in which the student is enrolled. PhD students must advance to candidacy no later than their 12th term of graduate study.
