Equipment Loan Request

Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) is happy to provide equipment on loan to organizations in need. These items remain the property of OPRD and must be returned by the borrower to OPRD, MentorCorps or Partner Organization when the purpose of the loan has been completed and in any case no later than the end of the period of the loan, as stated below. Please note, before equipment can be loaned out the organization project lead will need to sign an Equipment Loan Form.
