Thank you for your interest in the Music Industry minor! Prior to completing this application, please fill out a Degree Planner, which you may find here. Please also fill out a Change of Program petition, which you can find here.

All current requirements for the minor are viewable on the Course Catalog website, and keep in mind that the requirement for MSC IND 101 has changed to MSC IND 2 as of 2023-24.

This application will open on the first day of instruction in Fall and Spring quarters and will close at 5pm Pacific on Friday of Week 4. Late applications will not be considered. Best of luck!
