This application form is for grants relating to a young person in receipt of a Cornwell Scout Badge/Meritorious Conduct Award/Gallantry Award to undertake an activity of their choice with their fellow group members. Before completing this form please remember: - This form must be completed by a Scouts volunteer (parents of Scouts cannot apply) - The application must be made within six month of the date of the Award being made to the young person.

This form also collects sensitive (special category) data about grant applicants, this detail is required so that we can ascertain if individuals applying for a grant are eligible for funding. The sensitive (special category) data we collect as part of this form may be shared with members of the Scout Grants Committee for the purpose of decision making on grant applications. The Scout Grants Committee takes your personal data privacy seriously. The data you provide to us is securely stored in our electronic grant records. We will keep the data we capture from this form for 7 years in line with financial records keeping legislation. Applications forms will be deleted from our electronic form within 12 months of the financial year end.
