Events Insurance must be taken out if a Tournament is not run by an affiliated club, if teams from outside the North Riding are participating and cannot prove that their affiliation insurance covers them for Tournaments outside of their County FA, or unaffiliated teams are entering, as it would not be covered by NRCFA Public Liability Insurance Policy.

It is the responsibility of the tournament organiser to ensure that all teams have appropriate insurance cover

If the game is a charity game the fee will be reimbursed on production of the accounts following the game when proof of the proceeds and their disposal is received by the County FA.
