Records Requests
This records request form is used to submit a formal request for public administrative records in the custody of the City of Lone Tree. Upon completion by the requesting party, the records request form will be retained. If you have questions, please contact the City Clerk’s office at 303-708-1818.
Police Records. This form is not for police records requests, click here to request records from the Lone Tree Police Department.
Building Records. You can confirm that your address is in the City of Lone Tree here. Many building and property records may be kept by Douglas County's Building Division, which you can access quickly here.
Fees may be assessed for record retrieval to compensate for staff time or materials charges. Once your request is made a staff member will reach out to inform you if any fees are to be assessed to confirm you would like to move forward with the request. The first hour of staff time is free.
