Turf Club Members Reservation Request Form

Below, you will find instructions on how to submit reservation requests for the current racing season. While this form is now available for your convenience, please know that you can still contact the Turf Club member line at 502-636-4466 to make your reservations.


Please be aware that this form processes reservation requests in the order they are received. We will promptly confirm your reservation as soon as possible.

Please do not fill out this form if you have already called and spoken with someone about a specific request or left us a voicemail. Reservation requests can only be made by or on behalf of a member.

If you're requesting the same number of people for multiple days, please select multiple dates in one request. For different numbers of people on different days, please make individual requests for each day.
