You may also use this form when you return samples for evaluation but please include a safety data sheet (SDS) with your submission. Please also include a copy of the SDS with the returned instrument or sample.

Bench Fees:

For instruments that are returned outside of the warranty period an inspection fee is chargeable. This charge is waived if you choose to go ahead with the work quoted or in the case of the instrument be unrepairable, the fee can be used to offset the purchase of an equivalent model purchased from us within 3-months the notice date.

Laboratory Instrument:

(refractometer, polarimeter, density meter, titrator, spectrophotometer etc.)

    £164 per instrument

Handheld instrument:

(thermometer, digital/optical refractometer, datalogger, etc.)

    £84 per instrument

Calibration Fee:

In the event an instrument fails calibration as part of a service or certification, the calibration fee is still payable.
