Mt. SAC Library Exhibit Application Form

Mt. SAC Library seeks application proposals for the use of exhibition space (this form is your proposal). Before applying, review the application process and learn more about the Mt. SAC Library Exhibits Initiative, visit http://mtsac.libguides.com/exhibits. Application proposals which provide a learning or interactive experience are highly preferred. However, all campus community are encouraged to apply, especially students. The Library encourages the inclusion of events, collection development, and instruction associated with the exhibition to engage the campus community. For reasonable accommodations please contact us at least five 5 days prior to set-up and take-down of exhibit materials. **Completion of this form does not guarantee your exhibition. Final approval of your application proposal will be determined by the Library Exhibit Committee.**

You must choose at least one. Your request is not guaranteed. The committee will work to find cases to fit your needs based on what is available. You may be asked to move locations based on library events or the needs of other exhibitors. We appreciate your flexibility. Please briefly describe the contents of the exhibits (don't go into too much detail as they often change). Note: Lighting can unexpectedly fail in the exhibit cases and replacing the bulbs can take several weeks. Shelving is not guaranteed.
