You will schedule your Records Clerk (RC) and Recruiter (RT) training through this form.

RC and RT training are two different sessions. If you hold both positions, you will receive two separate training sessions. You are only required to submit this form once. We will work to schedule your training session (s).

After you submit the form, you will receive an email within 48 working hours to confirm your training.
