Thank you for your interest in participating in the Detroit Future City Advanced Mobility Job Seeker Focus Group on Wednesday, February 21, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. via Zoom.

The goal of this focus group is to gain insights of community members who are currently enrolled in programs with a goal of entering the automotive manufacturing and advanced mobility sector on the needs and challenges faced by historically excluded communities (communities of color, women, LGBTQ+, veterans and justice-involved persons) in participating in this sector.

This information will be used to inform the development of an equity framework for the Global Epicenter for Mobility’s talent team. This framework will provide guidelines to ensure employment attraction, retention, and industry training programs created by coalition members are designed to increase participation and advancement of HEC members into good, middle-wage jobs pathway jobs emerging in the sector.
