Rutgers HDA Award Nomination Form

 

The Rutgers Hall of Distinguished Alumni Award is the highest award the university can bestow upon an alumnus/a. It is awarded to alumni who have distinguished themselves through career and civic activities as well as service and/or philanthropy to Rutgers University. All alumni are eligible for consideration. Honorees are selected by a committee and must be present at the Hall of Distinguished Alumni induction ceremony. A full list of nomination criteria can be found here.


Nominations are considered eligible for selection by the committee for 3 years from the date of submission. If you nominated an alumnus/a within the past three years there is no need to complete another submission form. If you would like to submit supplemental materials, please email RUAABoard@rutgersfoundation.org.
