G-FORCE WARRANTY SUBMISSIONS

The Gates G-Force belts are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase for snowmobile belts and ATV/UTV belts under normal use. This warranty shall be automatically null and void if the belt was improperly handled, installed or has been subjected to improper operation or use including, but not limited to, poor drive system or clutch conditions, racing or any competitive event, towing or rental usage. Online submission of this form and the following are required for all warranty claims:

1. Proof of purchase (photo of store receipt or PDF, etc)

2. Part number of the failed belt

3. Return of the failed belt (shipping instructions will be emailed to you)

4. Receipt of a check or Money Order for the amount of $25 payable to Gates Corporation. This payment is for processing fees and is not an indication your claim will be approved.
