Operations Associate Referral Form

NRG Consulting Group is helping to fill an Operations Associate role. Here's the ideal candidate we're looking for:


  • Must be based in NYC (remote hybrid position with a few days in the office monthly - flexible on scheduling)


  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, administration, compliance, and facilities management


  • Understanding of and a high degree of respect for the confidentiality of organizational records and materials


  • Efficiency, thoroughness, and attention to detail, along with strong organizational and administrative abilities


  • Proficient in the management and use of technology and systems


This is a full time position with a salary range of $65k to $85k depending on experience. Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off and paid holidays.
