To make Convergint the most equitable and inclusive global service provider for women of all identities and backgrounds.


𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞

We aim to enhance Convergint’s culture through advocacy, education, philanthropy, and visibility, and our goal is threefold: Encourage members to develop strategies to access available resources open to all colleagues for continued development in order to pursue promotional opportunities, which will ensure members have equal access to leadership positions at Convergint, to lift the voices of inclusivity, and to make Convergint an inclusive environment for all colleagues, including women.

We are excited to announce opportunities for colleague involvement!

CWC has grown so much since its inception in 2018—we need more people to join us in our mission of making Convergint the most equitable and inclusive company for women.

Active members lead and plan initiatives

Members will attend meetings and may provide additional support beyond the meetings.


Each committee or chapter should meet for 60+ minutes monthly, directly support the initiative’s goals and are accountable to the committee's metrics.


Responsibilities:

✔ Attend and participate in monthly meetings

✔ Support the goals for initiatives under the 4 pillars of the CWC framework

✔ Manage the planning of and participate in events and initiatives

Committee or Chapter Lead(s)

Each initiative will have a maximum of 2 co-leads responsible for ensuring success.


Responsibilities:

✔ Schedule and lead monthly meetings with active members

✔ Support the goals for initiatives under the 4 pillars of the CWC framework

✔ Direct the planning of and participate in events and initiatives

✔ Maintain meeting notes

✔ Maintain active members list


Committee Leads will also...

✔ Be accountable for achieving metrics

✔ Provide a calendar of events to the CWC Steering Committee

✔ Report on events and initiatives to CWC Steering Committee monthly
