Community Clean-Up Volunteer Sign-Up
- Location- Meet up: MLK Jr. Elementary School – Field Area
- Date & Time: Wednesday, April 30, 2025 | 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
- Transportation is not provided for this event.
- For the safety of all, no one may participate in this event if they are experiencing any symptoms of being sick. If anyone arrives with symptoms, staff will politely ask you to leave.
- Permission to be contacted: Torch of Hope and OVP may contact me or my child about other services and events by postcard, email, or phone.
- Consent to photography, video, and quotations: I give consent for myself or my child to be photographed, interviewed, or quoted for use in Torch of Hope/OVP media, including print and online marketing.
- Internal information sharing: I give consent for Torch of Hope and OVP staff to share necessary information internally to better provide services. I understand email is not confidential.
