International Events Form
If you are planning a Scout event and want to invite Scouts from other countries to attend, please complete this form to provide the World Scout Bureau with the relevant information and approval. This information will be published on the International Events Map on scout.org. The International Events List comprises only: 1. Official World and Regional Events such as Youth Forums, Conferences, Jamborees, Moots, JOTA-JOTI. 2. Events which are hosted, or authorized, by National Scout Organizations which are members of WOSM and which wish to invite international Scouts to attend the events. Announce your event early. Invitations to other countries for events should be made at least one year in advance. The many workshops and seminars which are organized each year for adult leaders in the six Regions are generally not included in the International Events List. These events are normally promoted within the Regions.
