EULM Technology and Digital Strategies

Technology Requests

Many of you have great ideas you’d like to share with us that will save the Libraries money, time, and resources or will improve the Libraries' ability to address the strategic needs of our faculty, students, and staff through automated systems. The Project Management Office has developed a new automated process for reviewing and streamlining requests.

The project intake process is a service offered by EULM Technology and Digital Strategies (TDS). The process includes identifying the various elements required for successful project delivery for projects requiring TDS resources.

The project intake process includes completing a project intake proposal form, a review of the proposal to determine a technological solution, the TDS resources needed to implement the solution, and a high-level estimation to complete the project.
