Fees and Payment

The total cost of completing or upgrading an existing qualification (TAE or TAA) to the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) with TAFE Queensland is $100 for eligible residents of Thursday Island and the Northern Peninsula Area (NPA). This fee may be less if you are approved for credit transfer.

Information Session (for applicants who have not previously completed a Certificate IV in TAA or TAE qualification)*

All applicants who have not previously completed a Certificate IV in TAA or TAE qualification are strongly encouraged to attend one of the information sessions taking place at the TAFE Queensland Thursday Island campus, where the program will be discussed in more detail. Please indicate your preferred date for attendance at an Information Session that will take place at the TAFE Queensland campus on Thursday Island (TAFE Queensland, 19 Aplin Road, Thursday Island). *If you are applying to upgrade an existing qualification, attendance at an information session is not mandatory*
