Please use this form to request copy of content being shared between colleagues.

You may complete a copy from a course you previously taught by following the steps found here.

Course SUBJ/NO to copy FROM*

Course ID (include term and CRN - i.e. 202410.10723) of the course you are copying FROM.*

The course ID is the CRN and term code (which is the year and semester code: Spring=10, Summer=20, Fall=30) so for a Fall 2024 course the semester ID would be 202430. Place the CRN at the beginning and then add the term code to complete the Course ID.
