The bicycle Repair Program offered by Iowa State University's Recreation Services is a service provided to students and pass-holders to inspect bicycles for major safety issues and provide minor repairs. I agree and understand that by utilizing this service that there is no guarantee the mechanics can fix or fully restore my bicycle and agree to follow the mechanic's recommendations.

I also understand that if I, as a patron, do not respond to any mechanic communication in a timely manner that it may result in the turnover of my bicycle from the Adventure facility.
