Graduation Photos are offered through MT.SAC photo department and will be taken during the last weeks of May 2025. After filling out this interest form a Completion Speciailist will follow up to confirm dates and times. We may ask you to fill out a form to give a few statements about your experience here at MT.SAC.

By participating in the photoshoot you agree I grant permission to Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC), its employees and agents, to take and use visual/audio images including visual/audio images of any type of recording, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, drawings, renderings, voices, sounds, video recordings, audio clips or

accompanying written descriptions.
