What was happening, what were the causes etc. It is really important we understand how the injury happened - for example if there is bruising was that caused by being hit with a weapon, during sparring or was it caused by tripping over? Detail will really help us assess if we can take action to reduce the risk of reoccurrence. If there was any fencing activity happening please ensure that you have already stated above whether the fencer was right handed or left handed so we can understand the dynamics in relation to 'front shoulder/arm/foot/hand' vs back shoulder/arm/foot/hand'..
