Department Safety Plan Submittal

Please use the following form to submit department worksite safety plans to EH&S and Risk Management. These plans will be referenced as EH&S conducts periodic site assessments to ensure that the plan is fully implemented. Please note: events with less than 500 attendees are not required to submit a safety plan to EH&S.
