No additional funds*

I understand that, if I am awarded the LMU Academic Technology Grant for my project, I cannot use any additional grant funds, internal or external, for the same project during the same annual cycle.

Must return funds*

I understand that, if I were to accept a separate grant for this project, I must return the Academic Technology Grant funds in full.

Return unused funds*

I agree to forfeit any unspent funds on the LMU Academic Technology Grant by the end of the annual cycle.

One award per cycle*

I understand that I cannot receive the same internal LMU grant for two consecutive years.

Best effort support*

I understand that LMU ITS can only provide "best effort" support for third-party technology that is not in the ITS Service Catalog.

Full integration*

I agree to fully integrate new or existing technology into my LMU course and syllabus or research project.

Present and explain*

I agree to present and explain my finalized project to the Academic Technology Committee and the Center for Teaching Excellence.

Final Grant Report*
