Flooring Options

Exhibitor Supplied Flooring

Exhibitor will send exhibitor owned carpet/flooring to the Czarnowski advance warehouse no later than January 21st, 2025 for installation prior to move-in.

Remember to order Czarnowski installation & dismantle labor if you would like Czarnowski to install your carpet.

Ordering Carpet from Czarnowski

Exhibitor will rent carpet and/or pad through Czarnowski online ordering site

(Carpet will automatically be installed by Czarnowski prior to move-in)

If this form is not submitted, Show Management will place Black Carpet in the Exhibitor's Booth & will charge the credit card on file, as flooring is required by Grainger.

Hello Exhibitor,

Grainger is not allowing exhibitors whose booth size is smaller than a 20x20 to bring their own carpet. You will be provided with standard black carpet.

If you wish to order carpet padding for your booth you may do so from the Show Kit
