Use of Funds*

By accepting the award, the Principal Investigator (PI) acknowledges that the funds will be used according to the submitted proposal and budget. PIs are required to seek approval from King Center leadership for any changes related to the budget or proposal.

Per Stanford policy, contracts are required for all work conducted with firms or individuals performing work in a foreign country as an independent contractor, regardless of the amount. Timing*

It is expected that the funds will be used within two years from the award date, or by the end of your appointment if you are a postdoc. One no-cost extension for a duration of up to one year past the original end date of the award may be requested if you will still have a postdoc or faculty appointment at Stanford.
