Plastic clip on badge style nametags printed one week prior to the conference.

TBD by list provider- sponsoring department is responsible for paying for this.
Communication with external associations, member groups, etc. The DE Department would communicate and facilitate, but the sponsoring dept would pay all fees for lists, features, etc. Information on what associations, member groups, etc., must be provided to DE by course planners.
