I am within 12 semester hours of completing my undergraduate degree and request permission to enroll in one or more graduate courses. I understand a) that my total graduate and undergraduate academic load may not exceed 15 semester hours during Fall and Spring semesters or 6 semester hours during any summer term, b) that these courses will not be applied toward a graduate degree unless I am eventually admitted to a graduate degree program, c) that these courses may not be used for undergraduate credit, and d) that the professor for the course will have graduate level performance expectations of me.
