MCF 2025 Food Vendor Application
April 4-6 and 10-13, 2025
Applications will not be considered unless filled out completely. Before submitting, please read the Vendor Handbook and AESF Grease Trap Policy. Food permits must be current, and regulated grease traps are mandatory. Fire hoods, extinguishers, and grease traps will be inspected prior to fair opening for business. If you fail to have correct fire hood or grease trap equipment, you may be unable to operate.
You will be required to use a cash register and turn in digital reports or tapes.
Minimum guarantee will be requested at time of acceptance. YOUR SPACE AND LOCATION ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
Food Vendor Rates:
- 10 ft. or less - $950 minimum guarantee against 20%
- 10.01 ft. or more - $1250 minimum guarantee against 20%
Single Food Vendor Rates:
- 10 ft. or less - $500 minimum guarantee against 20%
- 10.01 ft. or more - $750 minimum guarantee against 20%
