2025 Commodity Classic Meeting Request Form

We're glad you're here! Please use this form to request meeting space during the 2025 Commodity Classic in Denver.


Association Priority Deadline: September 9, 2024

Corporate Priority Deadline: September 19, 2024

Rental Deadline: January 24, 2025


Commodity Classic will assign your meeting room request based on first-come, first-served and in consideration of the needs of your event. Your meeting will be confirmed by Commodity Classic’s planning partner, Maritz. Representatives from your assigned venue will contact you to arrange meeting specifics.


We request that meeting requests limit overlap with certain Commodity Classic events (including the Welcome Reception, educational sessions, Closing Reception and trade show hours). Click here to see the full schedule.


Rental fees may apply for requests received after January 31, 2025.

Any room key requests must be submitted no later than January 24, 2025. After this date, we cannot guarantee your room key request can be accommodated.

If there is an additional expense for room keys, the requesting organization will be responsible for the cost, if applicable.
