UCOP-Sponsored Event COVID-19 Test Requests

Effective June 27, 2023, only events/meetings with 20 or more people (including support staff) are required to test each day of the event.


Use this form to request COVID-19 tests for UCOP-sponsored events that take place at UCOP-managed locations OR non-UCOP-managed locations.



Response Time

Please allow 1-3 business days to receive an email from the UCOP-COVID19-Testing@ucop.edu mailbox confirming your request is approved prior to picking up tests. For urgent requests, please contact the mailbox directly.


Once your request is approved, tests may be picked up at the Work Management Center Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
