Required Documents


1. Year-End Financials for the Past Year

2. Budget (including pledges) for the Current Year (including YTD status)

3. Balance Sheet

4. Include Most Current Parochial Report

5.Copy of any commercial indebtedness, with evidence it

is up-to-date

6. Audit Status for the Past Year

7. Audit Agreement for the Current Year

8. Final Obligations (i.e. pension payments, etc.)

9. Physical Parish Assessment (i.e. physical grounds, interior/exterior, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.) Be descriptive and include whether in excellent condition, needs improvement, in progress, etc.

10. Vestry Compliance Form
