2025 NACS Show
Animal Notification Form
If your company plans to bring an animal to your booth, you must complete and return this form by September 17, 2025 for Show Management approval. No extensions or exceptions will be granted.
McCormick Place Convention Center Guidelines for domestic animals in the convention center are:
- All animals must be registered with McCormick Place and the City of Chicago Animal Care and Control (CACC) office. Veterinary documentation must be presented to both entities and a fee will be collected by the CACC.
- A temporary permit will be issued by CACC. The temporary permits should always remain with the animal/handler when they are onsite. CACC Animal Control Officers will request to see this documentation during their onsite visit. Visits/inspections are made to ensure that the animal is being cared for properly and have registered.
- The McCormick Place Loss Control Manager can be contacted at 312-791-7113, if any questions or clarifications are needed.
- Service Animals are permitted (ADA).
NACS Show Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny any request to bring an animal(s) to the NACS Show which it feels may endanger the well-being of the animal(s) and/or may not be in the best interest of the NACS Show. NACS Show Management also reserves the right to require immediate removal of any animal(s) from the NACS Show for the same reasons. By submitting this request form you acknowledge the above.
